Bookings and availability

Places are subject to availability and are not confirmed until the relevant booking process confirms them. Session details, age ranges, venues, fees and any specific booking arrangements are shown when you book or in the information provided for that activity. Partner venues may have their own booking arrangements.

Payments, changes and cancellations

Any session-specific payment, change or cancellation information will be provided during booking or in the relevant event information. We do not issue cash refunds for cancellations. Where possible and appropriate, we may offer a credit towards a future Little Crocs session or event instead. Please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot attend. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Children’s participation

A parent, carer or person with parental responsibility must provide accurate and up-to-date information relevant to their child’s safe participation. Please tell us promptly about changes to emergency contacts, medical needs, allergies, medication, dietary requirements or support needs.

We aim to keep this website accurate and up to date, but session details can change. Please check booking information and contact us before relying on time-sensitive details. Website content, branding, photographs and videos must not be copied or used without permission.
